Trademark Brewing is a small, family-run brewery in Long Beach, California. Sterling and Ilana [owners] fused it all together and Trademark Brewing found its home in Long Beach, CA. Trademark brewing enacts the rare balance of art and science. “Art and creativity produce our unique beers. Science ensures we can make it again.” Owners
Sterling started the journey of Trademark by experimenting. Like most people who find themselves passionate about something, he would find himself perfecting the science of brewing. With a brewing system that he says is unlike anything that is being used.

One couple, many passions – and a touch of OCD. Food, science, beer and brewing. Sterling and Ilana [owners] fused it all together and Trademark Brewing found its home in Long Beach, CA.
Trademark brewing enacts the rare balance of art and science. Art and creativity produces our unique beers. Science ensures we can make it again. Our beer is handcrafted in small batches to exacting standards. We’re picky about our beer because we love it. Period.
